SIIB has developed affiliation with International Universities
for the purpose of faculty and student exchange programmes and research.

An annual feature of our International Business programme is a visit to the Bremen University for four weeks during summer, where select students are exposed to international business practices in Europe.

As a part of our tie-up with Oakland University - School of Administration at Michigan, USA, faculty from both institutions have conducted full-fledged courses on a reciprocal basis.

» Eligibility
Candidate must hold a Bachelors Degree with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. The bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of 3 years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2). Candidates passing degree examination by part time / correspondence or in one sitting are not eligible. Students who are in the final year of their bachelor's degree education may also apply, admission of such candidates will be provisional and will be cancelled in case of the non fulfillment of the stated requirements.

Important: Any candidate included in the merit list, but not fulfilling eligibility criteria, will automatically lose his/her candidature.
 
» Orientation & Methodology

Understanding the limitation of traditional areas of an MBA Programme, which were restricted to the domestic area, the need was felt to include the International Marketing, International HR management, Cross culture management etc. in the repertoire of the business manager. The course at SIIB were introduced to fulfill this need.

At the Institute level, the collaborated style of management is adopted. Day-to-day operations are handled by the Director with the help of laid down guiding principles. Decisions are taken by common consensus. This method of operation has been the key to the growth and success of Symbiosis.
